Tour the Factory: Manufacturing: January 2002
The automated concrete circulating and finishing plant equipment will automatically bring the concrete from the batch, pour it on the Hi-Tech panels inside the factory with the latest technology equipment in the vibration, screeding, trawling and finishing equipment. The concrete will be cured in a specialized automated 13 level curing chamber, all computer controlled. The equipment will be able to automatically turn and flip panels to receive concrete on either side. A three stage automated helicopter finishing system is being utilized to insure smooth concrete surfaces. Also automated mobile equipment has arrived and is being installed in a separate building with a custom-made stamping unit for specialized panel production like road panels.
