Hi-Tech Foundation -
Traditional Foundation
IHI demonstrated the ease of connecting the Hi-tech System foundation panels to a traditional poured foundation and will monitor the performance advantages of this thermally superior product. |

Any loads, including large room modules, can be pre-designed at a distance for on-site assembly with a combination of smaller cranes if a larger crane is not available or cannot access the lot. |

Remodeling
A complete finished 1500 sq. ft. basement was added including a laundry
room that was originally on the top floor.� Bedrooms were enlarged and
large south-facing windows were added in the top floor bedrooms. |

Assembling the Garage
The garage was assembled at the 9/9/99 AGM in approximately 4 hours. |
