Photos 1, 2 and 3 show IHI's Robotic Assembly Production Line of the beam weld and hole cut cell. The double head welding robots and the plasma cutting robots are clearly visible. Also visible are the rollformed steel sections that are being produced by IHI's computerized, high-end rollforming machine, clamped and welded to the steel tube. All robots are equipped with the most advanced welding and cutting equipment to achieve the highest possible accuracy and speed.
